Welcome to K-Convention. By accessing our website (www.kconvention.in), making an inquiry, or booking our venue and services, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, clients, and vendors interacting with our brand online or offline.
1. Definitions
“We”, “Us”, “Our” refers to K-Convention.
“Client”, “You”, “Your” refers to the individual or entity booking or enquiring about our services.
“Services” refers to venue rental, event planning, accommodation, and related amenities offered by K-Convention.
“Site” refers to www.kconvention.in.
2. Booking Terms
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmed only upon receipt of a signed agreement and advance payment as discussed.
- Booking slots are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
- The client must provide accurate event details including date, type of event, guest count, and any custom requirements.
3. Payment & Cancellation
Advance Payment: A non-refundable advance (usually 25–50% of the total estimate) is required to confirm any booking.
Final Payment: Due before the event date, as per agreement.
Cancellations:
- If cancelled 30 days or more before the event: Partial refund (excluding the advance).
- If cancelled within 30 days: No refund applicable.
Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 14 working days and are subject to approval.
4. Use of Venue
- Clients are expected to use the venue responsibly, keeping it clean and damage-free.
- Any damage to property, fixtures, or equipment during the event will be charged to the client.
- Smoking is allowed only in designated areas. Consumption of alcohol is subject to legal compliance and prior approval.
- Volume levels for music/DJs must comply with local noise restrictions and timing regulations.
5. Accommodation & Guest Services
- Guest rooms, including suite rooms, are provided only based on availability and booking.
- A government-approved ID (such as Aadhar, PAN, or Passport) is required at check-in.
- Check-in/check-out timings may be pre-defined based on the event schedule and will be informed in advance.
6. External Vendors
- Clients may bring external decorators, caterers, or performers only with prior permission.
- All vendors must follow K-Convention’s rules, safety protocols, and timing restrictions.
- We reserve the right to deny entry to vendors who do not comply with our policies.
7. Facilities & Amenities
- K-Convention provides amenities like halls, lawns, kitchen space, parking, restrooms, and more as per the selected package.
- While we ensure full functionality, temporary unavailability due to maintenance, weather, or third-party services is not our liability.
- Power backup is available but subject to limits; specific technical needs must be disclosed in advance.
8. Security & Conduct
- K-Convention reserves the right to remove any individual or group causing disturbances, damage, or engaging in unlawful behavior.
- Security personnel will be available for major events. Additional security arrangements (if required) must be pre-informed and may incur extra charges.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this site (text, images, videos, logos) is the property of K-Convention and protected by copyright laws.
Use of our brand name, photos, or property visuals for commercial promotion requires prior written consent.
10. Limitation of Liability
K-Convention shall not be held liable for:
- Delays due to natural calamities, government regulations, or acts of God.
- Loss of valuables left unattended in the venue.
- Any third-party vendor failure or external service disruption.
11. Privacy & Data Usage
By using our site or submitting forms, you agree to our Privacy Policy and the collection of basic personal data (name, phone number, email) for communication and service delivery.
12. Force Majeure
In case of unforeseen events such as natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or government restrictions, K-Convention may postpone or cancel the event without liability. A revised date will be offered based on availability.
13. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
We encourage dispute resolution through mutual discussion before pursuing legal channels.
14. Changes to Terms
K-Convention reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page, and continued use of the site or services implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
